Return Policy

We hope you love your new Angry Itch purchase. If you’re unhappy with the goods for any reason, please return your item to us with your receipt. We’re happy to offer a refund or exchange on unused items returned within 30 days.
  1. Items purchased online can be returned to our Returns Team within 30 days of delivery.
  2. All returned items must be unworn and unused, in their original condition with tags and packaging, please do not put sticky tape on the box, in order for a refund or exchange to be processed. If this is not the case, we cannot guarantee your return will be accepted.
  3. To obtain a refund or exchange, proof of purchase must be provided for the item you wish to return.
  4. Should you be posting your item, please ensure you use a tracked service as we are not responsible for any items lost in transit to us.
  5. Please note Insoles, Socks, and Facemasks are excluded from returns for hygiene reasons.
  6. The buyer is responsible for all shipping and returns costs.
  7. The shipping and returns costs are not refundable.

  9. International Returns - The customs form must be filled out correctly otherwise it might get not get delivered and returned back to you, please make sure to mark the customs form as a `Return`.
  10. Please do not put sticky tape on the box, the box must be clean and undamaged, please place all items in plastic packaging before sealing.
